Troubleshooting: Booking form not showing or not submitting

Tenant can't see the booking form, is stuck on a step, or submission fails.

  • Don't see the booking form – Ensure you're logged in as the tenant and that the landlord has added you to a pending lease and sent the invite/link. Check PortalHome; incomplete tenancies usually appear there with a link to complete the booking form.
  • Stuck on "Awaiting Approval" – The landlord or agency must approve your application (and complete referencing if required). Use Refresh to re-check; contact them if it’s been a long time.
  • Form won't submit – Check that all required fields are filled and any document uploads (e.g. ID, proof of address) are attached. Fix any validation errors shown on the page, then try Save & Continue again.
  • Multiple tenancies – If you have more than one incomplete tenancy, use the links on the portal home to open each one and complete the booking form for the correct property.
