How to get support

Contact support from the app and where to find help.

  1. In-app – Look for a Support or Help button (often in the bottom-right or in the header). Click it to open a form or chat where you can describe your issue or question. Submit the form and the support team will get back to you.
  2. Docs – Use the Docs or Help section on the website for how-to articles (e.g. tenancy process, payments, compliance). Many questions are answered there.
  3. Email – Your plan or account page may list a support email (e.g. for billing or technical issues). Use that for non-urgent or detailed requests.
  4. Priority support – Higher-tier plans may include priority or dedicated support; check your plan details to see what’s included.
