Using the Planner (tasks and calendar)

Create tasks, manage task lists, and use the calendar for viewings, compliance, and lease events.

The Planner is available when enabled for your organisation. It includes Tasks and Calendar.

Tasks

  1. Go to PlannerTasks (or Task lists).
  2. Task lists – Create lists (e.g. by property or job type), then add tasks to each list with a title and optional due date.
  3. Mark complete – Tick off tasks when done; you can edit or delete tasks and lists as needed.
  4. Use tasks for maintenance follow-ups, inspections, or any to-dos you want to track.

Calendar

  1. Go to PlannerCalendar.
  2. The calendar shows events (viewings, inspections, maintenance, compliance deadlines, lease expiry, etc.). Compliance documents with an expiry date can create events so you get reminded before certificates expire.
  3. Create event – Add a new event (e.g. viewing, inspection) with date, time, and category.
  4. Edit or delete – Open an event to change it or remove it.
  5. Switch between month and week view if your app supports it to see more detail.
