Maintenance
How to manage contacts and contractors
Add contacts such as contractors and vendors for maintenance and other tasks.
- Go to Manage → Contacts.
- Click Create (or Add contact).
- Enter name, email, phone, and any type (e.g. contractor, vendor). Save.
- Use the list and filters (e.g. by type) to find contacts when assigning maintenance or recording expenses.
- Open a contact to view or edit details; archive or delete if no longer needed.
- Contacts can be linked to maintenance requests or used for expense payees where the app supports it.
