Dashboard home

When you log in as a landlord or agency user, you land on the Dashboard home (or Home).

1. Summary stats – The home page often shows high-level figures (e.g. rent received, number of properties, active tenancies, open maintenance requests, or compliance status) for a chosen period or overall.
2. Recent activity – A feed or list of recent events (new lease, payment received, maintenance update, etc.) so you can see what’s changed.
3. Quick links – Shortcuts to common actions (e.g. create lease, add property, view payments, open maintenance). Use these to jump straight into the relevant section.
4. Charts or reports – Some plans show trends (e.g. rent over time, expenses by category) on the home page. Use Finance or Reports for more detail.
5. If you belong to multiple teams or organisations, use the team selector to switch context; the home page then shows data for the selected team.
