togetha's Co-Founders, CEO Tolulope Arobieke, and CTO Kenneth Coffie, are finalists in this year's Great British Entrepreneur Awards, in the Technology Entrepreneur of the Year Award Category.

Known as “The Grammys of Entrepreneurship”, the awards celebrate the most exceptional and inspiring business stories across the UK. This year’s shortlist includes over 800 entrepreneurs from every nation and region of the UK, all recognised for their innovation, impact and resilience.

Past winners include the founders of BrewDog, Grenade, ClearScore, Zilch, and Unbiased, many of whom were recognised early in their entrepreneurial journey by the awards.

This year’s finalists:

• Employ over 25,000 people across the UK

• Expect to create more than 9,000 new jobs over the next year

• Generate a combined turnover of £2.25 billion

• Represent an average business age of six years

togetha’s finalist achievement acknowledges rapid growth and global reach, that have set it apart in a crowded market. Operating across the UK, Nigeria, Dubai, South Africa, Ghana, and Zambia, togetha welcomed over 10,000 tenants onto the platform in 2024.

Tolulope and Kenneth were friends at university, saw a gap in the market from their own frustrations with property rental experience, and decided to fix things by making a solution that worked for tenants as much as it did for landlords and property managers.

Following on from the continued success of togetha, the Co-Founders have now launched "ilemi", a property listing platform that helps people find their dream home in Nigeria, including offering a full, bespoke concierge service for diaspora looking to purchase property in Nigeria without the stress.
